At just 15, I faced high-blood pressure, knee problems, and depression. Since then, my journey has been a daily evolution, shaped by mentors like PT Vatanen, Jason Capital, and Tony Raehalme.

I'm a person who loves to uplift people. As a personal trainer, I focus on getting to know you as well as I can so that I can help you to become the amazing person you were created to be. I'm also actively preaching the gospel at my local church. :)
